This position is primarily responsible for data entry of information required to generate various immigration documents and compiling those documents to create complete immigration case filings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision of the Production Manager):
Generate and assemble immigration documents and forms as assigned.
Accurately enters/transcribes data from immigration case strategy file by keying alphabetic and numeric information into database.
Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering data as required for accurate output (meeting quality standards).
Resolves discrepancies by using outlined procedures or returning incomplete files to the team leader/Attorney for resolution.
Maintains data entry and production requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Demonstrates increasing level of independence in assembling filings and achieving production and quality targets.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing and exceeding related results.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday during day shift.
High School diploma is required.
General office or data entry experience is preferred.

Ability to prioritize and excel in a high-volume, quick-packed environment.
Ability to meet deadlines and goals
Ability to catch errors and correct them timely.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality of sensitive information.
Proficient with word-processing, data-entry and typing.
Superior attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy.
Able to maintain a sedentary position for up to 90% of the work day
Able to type and to grasp, grip, push and pull file drawers and doors
Able to walk and to climb stairs or use elevator to coordinate with other departments
Able to bend, stoop, kneel and/or stand to access files and documents
Able to lift up to 25 lbs of files and/or boxes
