What you will do:
Manage a portfolio of assigned borrowing accounts under the supervision of the SPM and according to guidelines dictated by SNB’s policies and procedures and at all times in accordance with sound risk management practices. Responsibilities include: on-going client relationship management, analysis and evaluation of client borrower’s financial and collateral performance, review of clients adherence to all aspects of SNB’s loan documentation and credit approval conditions, timely communication and recommendations to SPM of borrower requests and/or negative developments, and the development of the client relationship in a manner that enhances SNB’s ability to maximize new growth opportunities.
Identify opportunities to enhance the profitability of client relationships including cross-sell activities for the bank’s other products and services. Assist the PM Team in achieving its overall risk management, relationship development, and contributions to SNB’s growth objectives.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Accounting or Business (a MBA is a plus)
Previous Asset Based or Healthcare Lending experience is desirable, but comparable functional credit experience is acceptable.
Formal credit training is preferred, however, previous portfolio management experience with strong demonstrated credit skills is a potential substitute for formal credit training
Strong demonstrated credit, interpersonal and written communication skills
Outstanding analytical skills and computer competency with common application software (Word, Excel) are a must
Ability to anticipate both client and internal SNB needs are important as well as the ability to recommend solutions to unusual situations.
