Bank of America Operations Project Consultant in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

This role will join the Business Performance Management team supporting the GBAM Treasury Fulfillment Service & Operations (TFS&O) organization. TFS&O is responsible for the implementation, servicing & operations of all treasury and depository solutions for corporate, commercial & business banking clients globally.

Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project.

This role requires excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communications skills. The successful incumbent must be detail-oriented, have experience balancing multiple tasks and priorities, as well as partnering with teammates in multiple locations. Tact, diplomacy and judgment are required as this role will act as liaison in coordinating and communicating with senior business executives.

Responsibilities

  • Support executive routine activities inclusive of:

  • Leadership meetings and presentation materials

  • Executive reporting and communication

  • All-hands town hall presentations

  • Financial and volume forecasting

  • Varied activities across employee engagement, intranet site maintenance, and other functions or project work as assigned

  • Assist in coordinating varied activities with multiple reporting lines and business partners

  • Adhere to all key deadlines and requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong technical abilities and knowledge of MS Office Suite products

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment to drive quality goals while meeting aggressive delivery deadlines
