Wholesale Transformation Lead for KYC, Managing Director

Position Overview

The Wholesale Transformation Lead for KYC is a senior position within JPMorgan Chase leading a dedicated team through the execution of an aggressive “clean sheet” transformation of end-to-end KYC functions across the firm. The role requires a results-focused, visionary, influential and process-disciplined leader to deliver efficiently against an extensive future-state roadmap in partnership with all Wholesale businesses at JPMorgan Chase including the Corporate & Investment Bank (“CIB”), Commercial Banking (“CB”), Consumer & Community Banking (“CCB”) as well as Asset & Wealth Management (“AWM”).

This senior role will be responsible for coordinating multi-year implementation efforts across lines of business consisting of business requirements gathering, solutioning, project management, delivery of activity, governance, and benefits realization tracking. In addition to partnering with Wholesale business leaders to execute against the future-state vision, this lead will also be required to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance functions in order to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive, best-in-class KYC experience for clients.

As the Wholesale Transformation Lead for KYC, you will be tasked with maintaining a strategic and innovative mindset throughout delivery while managing relationships with and presenting regularly to steering committees and senior executives across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Wholesale KYC Transformationvision and roadmap

  • Act as a product owner for target statecapabilities to ensure their timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery

  • Think strategically and tactically todesign and implement deliverables, with the flexibility to adjust to newinnovations, regulations, and priorities

  • Partnerwith LOB KYC program leads to execute transformation within Wholesalebusinesses

  • Workclosely with cross-functional stakeholders across the firm, including:Risk/ Compliance, Technology, Data, Sales and Finance

  • Develop high level understanding /documentation of current state and future state internal processes across thechannels impacted by recommendations

  • Communicate at an executive level toprovide regular updates to senior leadership of the firm, includingpresentations, executive summaries, and summary metrics

Qualifications

  • Previous expertise and a true passionfor process innovation, design, and technology with proven success deliveringcomplex, large scale initiatives

  • Must have 10+ years of experiencedesigning and successfully leading large scale operational programs; experiencewithin large Financial Services firms preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA orrelated Masters Degree is a plus

  • Demonstrated experience managing andcollaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across differentcross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders

  • Excellent judgement and independentdecision-making ability

  • Relevantexperience in the following areas is preferred: technology integration and technologicalinnovation, project management, strategic management, operational risk andcontrol

  • Leadershiproles in Management Consulting is a plus
