Baylor Scott & White Health HR Project Analyst - Taleo ATS Dallas in Dallas, Texas

The HR Project Analyst works closely with HR leaders and staff on the planning, coordination and execution of small to large projects. The HR Project Analyst will coordinate a wide range of activities; serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on project plans and status, and develop / maintain positive working relationships across the project team, HR and the System. Also, the HR Project Analyst supports assigned projects by helping design systems and procedures, creating and monitoring project status and budgets, conducting data analysis and implementing process improvement plans to assure timely and successful project completion. In addition, the HR Project Analyst c ommunicates effectively with internal and external resources to ensure high quality service coordination and delivery.

This role will have a specific focus on improving and expanding the screening and communication capabilities of our Oracle/Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The HR Project Analyst will coordinate a wide range of activities for requisition templates, pre-screen questions and correspondence templates within the ATS and serve as the SME on projects related to job descriptions, requirements and postings.

The ideal candidate for the HR Project Analyst role will have strong written communication skills, excellent project management and relationship building skills, data analysis / metric reporting experience, and a demonstrated advanced competency of Excel, PeopleSoft and Powerpoint with advanced local administrator Taleo experience. In addition, the ideal candidate must be innovative, analytical, a team player, a change management agent, results-oriented, process-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently to manage a project to completion .
