POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Forms Analyst is responsible for working with all levels of management and all business units to implement forms related controls in accordance with CFPB guidelines and other regulatory, state and federal guidelines within required timeframes. As a centralized point of contact, interface with Law, Compliance and Marketing to resolve concerns, make recommendations and ensure accuracy and compliance of Rushmore’s customer facing forms (letters, templates, etc.)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to complex requests from the Law and Compliance departments with regard to state and federal audits, regulatory changes and litigation; provide necessary information while ensuring a high degree of accuracy

  • Conducts cross-functional team meetings to resolve programming and/or production issues and provide or negotiate a resolution in order to ensure accurate letters/packages are in production

  • Conducts meetings with various groups for awareness, buy-in, and downstream impacts on new form project initiatives

  • Works with the Law, Compliance and Marketing departments on development and approval of forms including inserts and attachments

  • Works with lines of business to develop, amend and implement new customer-facing forms in alignment with the growth of new lines of business or products

  • Works with the lines of business, the Law and Compliance departments in identifying, vetting, and retiring outdated or unused forms from various systems· Works with IT Development to determine business and programming requirements· Works with IT, Business, and Business Solutions departments to ensure accurate programming and testing

  • Manages database for tracking all form requests, changes, versions, tests and approvals and other key data regarding forms

  • Utilizes critical thinking and sound judgment skills to determine and communicate how forthcoming changes may impact other business units

  • Oversees version control practices on internal, external, physical and electronic forms· Provides training and consultation to the line of business regarding process control points / approval process

  • Guides third party service providers to ensure programing is accurate and consistent; facilitate and work with Business and third party service provider to resolve obstacles

  • Writes or advises the line of business on content of Servicing Change Management Committee submissions

  • Develops and analyzes large datasets for reconciliation or establishing trend information; establish business requirements for report development

  • Assists in various projects as requested

  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

  • Ability to work in a fast moving environment with quick response times, keeping pace with the business, addressing time-sensitive demands

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience is required

  • Minimum 5 years in the mortgage industry with servicing knowledge

  • Understanding of compliance and regulations

  • Systems/business analysis exposure desired

  • Black Knight / MSP experience desired

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
