Position Summary: Position will be responsible for activating the Salad and Go brand in the Dallas market, leading the planning and execution of market and store-specific strategies and tactics to build local awareness, drive product adoption and develop community partnerships. Manager will be in charge of local store marketing, prospect and partner outreach while working with multiple internal departments to implement tactics and strengthen community relationships.
Build and shape the brand perception of SAG in your local market and solidify a positioning in alignment with core brand values
Develop and implement local store marketing calendars and outreach programs while owning the coordination and measurement of tactics
Lead implementation of store or market-level social content, event activations, sponsorships, cross promotions, business and influencer partnerships
Support Director of Brand Marketing and internal teams with local media campaigns, new store openings, store-level branding and signage needs
Identify key audience segments with high return to inform outreach strategies and targeting efforts
Work with designers and vendors to develop marketing assets + collateral needs to support initiatives
Collaborate with culture team on charitable partnership opportunities and identify ways to share stories through existing or earned media channels
Engage with local operations and training teams to highlight culture challenges and team member stories as an extension of the Salad and Go culture and brand story
Organize tracking and reporting to extract key insights and optimize accordingly
Track and manage budget/spend
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years marketing and/or sales experience
Driven by compassion and integrity, keeping the values and mission of SAG as a focus
Passionate about people with a genuine desire to understand our guests and partners needs and values
Creative and able to think out-of-the-box to identify unique solutions and opportunities
Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skill
