AutoNation is currently seeking an EMT Market Manager to join the Dallas/Ft Worth Market Team!
The Equity Mining Market Manager (or EMT Market Manager) is responsible for driving the equity mining efforts throughout the DFW Market through fostering strong partnerships with dealership EMT Sales staff & management and providing continued on-site support, training, and development.
The successful candidate will be an expert working within AutoNation's proprietary Equity Mining Tool software and be the driving force behind motivating both sales staff and management to create excitement within the EMT department to help achieve target profit margins.
The EMT Market Manger is responsible for the support, training, & development of dealership staff to drive incremental sales and acquire additional inventory for the dealerships in the DFW Market by actively prospecting our current sales and service databases, as well as identifying conquest customers in our service drives. The Marker Manager will maximize utilization of the Equity Mining Tool (EMT), AutoNation’s proprietary Equity Mining software, to increase incremental sales and customer retention, while achieving target profit margins and delighting every customer along the way. Lastly, the Market Manager will help align dealership EMT sales and service departments to achieve these goals without disrupting our service operations or the customer experience.
This position interacts daily with the DFW Market Team, EMT Sales Associates, Service Advisors & Managers, Sales Managers, General Sales Managers, and General Manager, just to name a few.

Driving incremental business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day Equity Mining operations for the Market.
Working with EMT Sales Associates and Management to identify current promotions and inventory needs.
On-going support, training, & development of store EMT Sales Associates to ensure proper execution of AutoNation's processes.
Continued development of the in-service Equity Mining and service drive process in dealerships throughout the Market.
High School diploma, or equivalent.
Proven success in auto retail sales, with a focus on equity mining/service customer sales process.
Ability to efficiently structure a buy/sell transaction with limited information and customer input.
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience.
Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization and follow-up skills.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe-driving record.
