We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join our Customer Experience Team. You will be working with consumer and business customers and will coordinate with other teams.
Providing e-mail and phone support to our customers
Identifying customer needs and communicating them to the relevant departments
Arranging for and monitoring all activities related to maximizing customer success
Assisting in ad-hoc projects that require independent discretion and follow-up
Have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
Outstanding communication skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Have excellent attention to detail
