The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 11am-9:30pm.Key responsibilities for this person include:

  • Open and scan department mail

  • Code mail by correspondence type and route to the appropriate department within the business unit

  • Process specialty correspondence

  • Screen mail to detect fraudulent activity

  • Navigate the scanning system and applications

  • Perform limited maintenance on the scanning system

  • Must have good computer skills

  • Requires good organization skills and be detailed orientated

  • Must work well in a team environment as well as independent

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • Requires 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
