Summary of Job :
Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits,the largest, privately held liquor/wine distribution company in the USA, is looking for an ambitious, motivated, professional employee to join our operation’s team.The Customer Care Agent will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, assist customers with placing product orders, in addition to resolving issues and providing outstanding customer service.The Central Call Center is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm CST.
Ability to handle incoming calls and resolve customer issues
Responsible for problem solving with a positive and professional demeanor
Ensure timely and accurate output of all work
Accurately and effectively handle large volumes of orders and requests through calls and emails
Able to work under time pressure and maintain/produce accurate Customer Records to reflect account status while providing a high level of service and efficiently resolving concerns posed by the customer
Report to work daily, work your full shift and adhere to Southern Glazer’s Time and Attendance Policy
Must be flexible and able to work any hours that the call center is open. Shifts may change
The National Call Center is required to work many holidays and weekends and the Staff will be asked to fulfill the business need
Responsible for understanding and learning the alcoholic beverage distribution industry and how each functional business area operates (both locally and as part of the national company).
Accurate data entry skills
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and customer service skills
Strong skills for attention to detail and organizational skills
Perform other work-related duties and special projects as assigned
High School Diploma/GED and 1- years of Customer Service experience in a business environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Accurate data-entry skills
Effective verbal/written communication skills in carrying out job duties with various departments and levels of management
On occasion, must be flexible to adjust shift schedule to accommodate business needs
Ability to work within a high volume, fast paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours and days as needed by the business
Must be willing to travel as needed
