Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Shared Services Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Administrator to support the Corporate Payment Analysis (Accounts Payable) team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to process invoices/payments and perform other Accounts Payable related functions as further described below:
Reporting to the Corporate Indirect Payment Supervisor, the person in this role will key invoices, monitor invoices submitted electronically and resolve exceptions, process payment files and print checks, provide support to internal customers and external suppliers, and assist with other department responsibilities.
What you’ll be doing
Input invoices (non-purchase order and PO backed invoices) for multiple business units using multiple systems.
Monitor invoices submitted electronically and research/resolve invoices in exception status.
Upload invoices using excel.
Generate ACH files and print checks. Distribute checks and reconcile totals.
Respond to inquiries from Team Members and Suppliers regarding payment status and issues.
Other AP related tasks and projects as needed.
What you bring
Demonstrated Accounts Payable experience
Prior experience with an ERP System
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Research and analytical skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate professionally and proficiently with all stakeholders
Ability to communicate respectfully with fellow team members
Added bonus if you have
Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline.
Experience creating queries to extract data from an ERP system such as PeopleSoft, SAP, or Coupa.
