DaVita Coordinator, Clinical Operations in Dallas, Texas
This Call Center Escalation teammate role will coordinate with patients, providers and DaVita Facilities to provide ongoing support and communication regarding our Pharmacy Bundle package.
The Coordinator acts as a single point of contact to coordinate resources for our Pharmacy Bundle division. In this role you will work with escalated concerns from patients, providers and DaVita staff.
In this role you will be a Subject Matter Expert, directing and providing accurate information to all parties and resolving escalated issues.
This role is based in our Dallas, TX office.
Performs outbound calls as necessary to follow up on escalation concerns and gain additional information.
Answers inbound calls from patients, providers, and Village resources, as necessary
Follows up with patients, providers and DaVita teammates to ensure their needs are met
Coordinates with clinical resources and providers to ensure smooth continuum of care for patients
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for our Shining Star Coordinator:
Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent years of experience.
2-3 years experience (with Bachelors, 5-7 without) in a Call Center Environment working in Healthcare, insurance or pharmacy.
Medical Assistant Certification a plus.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required
Strong Customer Service Skills.
