Summary

The Client Support Representative provides sales and servicing support to 2-3 Banking Relationship Managers by assisting with all client servicing needs and supporting the sales process. The primary function is to service clients with excellent customer service which includes answering client queries and completing administrative work to process loan and deposit requests. The secondary function is to support the sales process and business development prospecting of Relationship Managers including managing prospect lists and organizational tasks.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assists with work process, policies and procedures

  • Ensures compliance to government regulations; bank policies & procedures and management policies

  • Provides external customer support for inbound servicing inquiries related to client accounts including loans, deposits and cash management

  • Assisting in the management of sales prospect lists and the scheduling and maintenance of client appointments

  • Pulls reports for RM and management team as necessary.

  • Internal loan & deposit processing

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in a commercial lending environment and/or experience with loan documents or loan processing

  • Knowledge of commercial lending

  • Knowledge of banking systems

  • Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Ability to function as part of a team in a fast paced, frequently changing environment

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to efficiently & effectively resolve up to moderately complex outstanding issues

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity

  • Ability to work efficiently and complete projects assigned in a timely manner

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
