Business is growing and we?re seeking to hire new Business Development Associates, remotely located throughout multiple cities across the whole country! In this exciting role, you will establish and maintain strong relationships with our Distribution and Channel Partners. Working with our Distribution and Channel partners entails turning their customers into Dining alliance members by presenting the benefits of our program to them and signing them up as members. This is a relationship-focused sales position; you are not selling a product; you are selling a partnership to the Distributor and the food service establishment.
Recent graduates with restaurant industry experience are welcome to apply!
We have MULTIPLE openings for this great opportunity and are looking for candidates who live within a 50 mile radius of Dallas, San Antonio and Houston, TX.
Snapshot of what the job will entail:
Work with Channel Partners to strength relationships with their sales team, present to their customers and sign them up as Dining Alliance members
Prospect Calls to Hospitality Establishments with a hunter mentality. You?ll be doing a business to business sales cycle from cold calls to creating relationships with potential customers to sign them up as Dining Alliance Members.
Foster and grow relationships with Distributor, Channel Partners, and food service establishments
Make regular sales calls to distributor partners and conduct ?ride-alongs? with them to potential members
Lead Presentations to foster understanding of our programs and what we offer to grow our sales
Attend Marketing events
You rock the following skillset:
MUST be passionate about the Dining Alliance mission
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Good computer knowledge and a readiness to learn new technology, such as Salesforce.com
Ability to travel potentially up to 80% of the time, or 4 days/week
Ability to learn and be coached
You come with these awesome attributes:
Ideally 2-3 years of sales experience, and or Hospitality background
You are an entrepreneur who values a team environment
Bonus ?nice to have? skills:
