As a Staff Accountant at Armanino, you will be exposed to a multitude of clients in a variety of industries including Technology, Nonprofit, Healthcare, Financial Services, as wells as many others.   • Enhance basic accounting concepts and research techniques

  • Perform financial audits, reviews, compilations and projects

  • Learn and understand basic work paper preparation

  • Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to support client engagements

  • Work with a team of fellow staff members under supervision of a senior, manager or partner

  • Develop an understanding of and capability in accounting, financial and database software

  • Develop administrative, professional and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate with others in a productive and efficient manner


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master’s or Certificate Program in one of the following:

  • Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or equivalent

  • Graduated or planning to graduate by December 2018 with CPA Exam eligibility or completion

  • Must have a car as this position requires traveling to Armanino offices and client sites

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles

  • Ability to utilize research tools in order to efficiently ascertain information

  • Ability to problem-solve and analyze basic issues

  • Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors and clients

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
