This job is in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term temporary-to-full-time in nature and is based in the Carrollton, Texas, area.

Your responsibilities in this role

• Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

• Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions

• Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

• Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

• Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

• Interface regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

Requirements

• 1+ years of desktop support or other related experience

• Deep understanding of PC Hardware

• Practical knowledge of Ticketing System

• Adeptness in Computer Imaging

• General familiarity with Network Printers

• Ticketing System experience highly preferred

• Demonstrated knowledge of Desktop Imaging

• Command of Desktop Support

• Desktop Hardware experience

• Microsoft Office 365 experience

• Active Directory experience

• Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
