Aerotek Technical Support/Service Representative in CARROLLTON, Texas
Taking calls approximately 70 to 80% of the time. Call volume would be around 58 to 60 calls per day. Calls are recorded. The other time consists of responding to e-mails and following up on parts.
Provide technical support and oven troubleshooting assistance over the telephone to field technicians repairing product.
In this position they are taking calls approximately 70 to 80% of the time.

The other time consists of responding to e-mails and following up on parts.
Independently respond to assigned service calls, diagnose problems and making appropriate repair suggestions.
Determine parts and supplies needed to complete service requests and update service records to reflect work that was done.
Serve as escalation (technical) support for the Claims Agents.
Service Technicians will also participate in training field technicians on product repair in a classroom type setting.

2 -3 Years working at a Food Equipment or similar manufacture. (Desirable but not required.)
