Description:

RFI, submittals, and change order management subcontractor management Working with subcontractors to facilitate various buy outs materials management or material logistics, Scheduling different parts of the job for execution job costing, estimating, and project accounting Working with architects and engineers on design and construction questions Meeting notes and action items during stakeholder meetings Working with subcontractors to facilitate various buy outs

Ability to read drawings/schematics and utilize project management software.

P6 Primavera experience OSHA 30 CMiC
