Implement website content strategy that aligns with goals and objectives set with content strategy manager
Create high-quality and engaging content to be used on the website and across digital marketing channels to drive increased consideration of consumer and commercial brands
Oversee, manage and update all content presented on websites
Test and optimize content to fit SEO needs and drive traffic and engagement
Monitor website traffic and help determine efficacy and performance of content
Partner with creative lead to ensure content aligns with brand standards
Partner with website development team to ensure content is structured and tagged/tracking effectively
Adhere with the Texas Capital bank internal policies and procedures
BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
2 - 5 years of experience in producing content for web strongly preferred
Superior, demonstrated written and verbal skills
Experience producing content for specific digital channels (blog/editorial, social media, email, etc.)
Working knowledge of content management platforms (Drupal, Site Studio, etc.)
Effective time-management, problem solving and organizational skills
Proven ability to handle concurrent priorities and adapt as appropriate
Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
