  • Implement website content strategy that aligns with goals and objectives set with content strategy manager

  • Create high-quality and engaging content to be used on the website and across digital marketing channels to drive increased consideration of consumer and commercial brands

  • Oversee, manage and update all content presented on websites

  • Test and optimize content to fit SEO needs and drive traffic and engagement

  • Monitor website traffic and help determine efficacy and performance of content

  • Partner with creative lead to ensure content aligns with brand standards

  • Partner with website development team to ensure content is structured and tagged/tracking effectively

  • Adhere with the Texas Capital bank internal policies and procedures

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in producing content for web strongly preferred

  • Superior, demonstrated written and verbal skills

  • Experience producing content for specific digital channels (blog/editorial, social media, email, etc.)

  • Working knowledge of content management platforms (Drupal, Site Studio, etc.)

  • Effective time-management, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to handle concurrent priorities and adapt as appropriate

  • Ability to collaborate and build positive working relationships at all levels of the organization
