KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Account Operations to join our Market Development organization.
Responsibilities:
Work with account leadership to provide strategic operational management to enable business development and optimize revenue growth through process improvement and standardization
Act as point of contact accountable for tracking overall account operational activities and sharing best practices across the network of Account Operations team members
Review and accept contracts into a client's Vendor Management System (VMS) and onboard and off board resources as needed
Oversee draft SOWs/Amendments prior to team submitting to the client and liaise with client procurement team to track contracts through execution
Review, analyze, and track relevant relationship metrics to ensure account objectives are met; evaluate and provide recommendations for improved processes for operational efficiency
Participate in various aspects of business activities that might impact the account operations, including but not limited to supporting e-billing and invoicing, managing onboarding, pipeline, revenue reporting, backlog reporting, and direct client reporting
Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of business-related experience in one or more areas including Finance, Human Resources, Resource Management, and Marketing or general business operations; preferably from a professional services firm
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, other related field from an accredited college/university
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Access, Customer Relationship Databases and Collaboration/SharePoint tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills is required
Ability to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions without direct supervision
