With a global remit, our Technical Program Management professionals lead cross-functional product design teams to develop and introduce game-changing new products and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • The Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple projects across the Global Offer Product Operations portfolio. Some of the key responsibilities are:

  • Implementing and managing programs that support the company’s strategic goals, including sustaining activities as well as new programs.

  • Leading cross-functional, global and diverse teams to meet the objectives of programs.

  • Maintaining project schedules and budgets. Identifying trouble areas and marshalling resources to resolve challenges impacting programs

  • Leading change management across global teams to implement new processes.

  • Providing accurate and timely communications of program status.

  • Essential Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or 10+ years of industry experience

  • Knowledge of Product Data ManagementProven experience of Project/Program managementProven experience of leading cross-functional and global teamsAbility to analyze data, recognize problem areas and provide solutions

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dell’s product data tools (Agile, Domino, Incite, PIM, DMA and Harmony)
