What you’ll achieve

The Consultant is focused on reducing risk to Dell Technologies by ensuring all team members understand and adhere to our security policies and standards, behave in a secure and responsible manner, and take shared responsibility for a secure workplace.

You will:

  • Manage the internal anti-phishing awareness and training program

  • Monitor and identify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks

  • Partner with the business and subject matter experts to assess content accuracy and customize training based on current and future needs

  • Provide metric analysis and reporting on training readiness and effectiveness

  • Develop compelling security awareness and training content for the company intranet (including blogs, electronic banners, infographics, and videos)

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Education, Instructional Systems Design or IT/Computer Science-related areas, with 12+ years relevant experience; or equivalent professional experience

  • 8+ years experience in Information Security, Communications and/or Training, preferably in a technical field

  • Experience implementing phishing attack simulation campaigns/experience using vendor-supplied phishing application

  • Experience in information security and demonstrable understanding of the concepts of information security

  • Previous experience developing technical instructional materials

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of Articulate Studio, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Snag-IT, SABA staging, EDUTube, Jive, Visio, Adobe Creative Studio and other editing/audio visual tools is a plus
