What You Will Do
The Clinical Professional Development Program Consultant serves as a strategic consultant to manage, plan, and implement clinical performance initiatives to create, implement, and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs, delivery mechanisms, and clinical performance.
Consults on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical learning programs and performance processes that support core clinical competency across the organization.
Partners with clinical educators to support development and deployment of clinical performance and professional competency programs.
Manages performance and competency standards for interprofessional programs to support practice at the highest extent of licensure.
Consults on program evolution to involve research, design, implementation and support of Clinical Professional Development programs.
Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Master's degree in a related field, or combination of Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred
Licenced Registered Nurse required in the State of Texas
3 Years Required ClinicalExperience.
5 Years PreferredClinical Experience.
1 Year Preferred Leadership/Mgmt. Experience.
