IMMEDIATE Multiple Openings for 100% Remote Sr. Clinical Project Manager with global CRO leading the industry in providing comprehensive drug development solutions!
The Sr. Project Manager will be the main point of contact with the sponsor managing the projects from a budget and timeline perspective. They will be overseeing all the vendors. The therapeutic area is Oncology and they will be working with small Biotech's.
They will be able to speak through transition through studies with clients and build relationships. They will foster strong team dynamics. How they turn around a project and their communication style is important, They will know when to stop and change the format or style of conversation. Solution oriented- what is the issue what they need to make it successful. Strategize and consultant clients. Not expected to be perfect but forthcoming. Asses Risks and mitigates them throughout the project.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Several years of full PM experience = manage client relationship, cross functional leadership, budget/timeline centric, risk mitigation, examples of managing challenging situations
5+ years- should have experience working as the main point of Contact with the sponsor.
2+ years of Oncology in the last 5 years
A majority of their experience is coming from recognizable CROs; not pharma or academic or site level.
• Early phase PM experience
• Tougher oncology experience such as Car-T or Hematology
• Experience with smaller Biotech clients
- Asia Pacific oversight would be a plus
