You will work in our ICUs managing critically ill patients as well as in the hospital and outpatient clinic seeing pulmonary consults. What You Will Do
Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin is looking for Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians to join the AMG Pulmonary Critical Care Group.
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to partner with Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin to provide medical services to patients.

State-of-the-art Critical Care ICU, including ECMO (both VV & VA), advanced mechanical circulatory support, heart transplant, pulmonary hypertension, and interventional pulmonology, with 24-7 APP support.
Single specialty with 10 physicians and dedicated outpatient and inpatient APPs covering two inpatient locations.
Full range of office care and diagnostic services for patients with lung disorders such as chronic obstructive lung disease, asthma, interstitial lung disease, lung nodule clinic and lung cancer.
Advanced bronchoscopic techniques - 1 Interventional Pulmonologist on the team performing: EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, navigational transthoracic biopsy, fiducial placement, pleurx catheters, brachytherapy, pleuroscopy and electrocautery, laser, bronchial stents.

You will be employed by the Ascension Medical Group, a division of Ascension Health, one of the largest not for profit acute care hospital systems in the country. You will have a strong stable employer that places a premium on our physicians’ wellbeing.
Full time position
Participate in on-call rotation for practice, mandatory in-house call
Attend daily ICU multidisciplinary team meetings during intensivist rotation
Maintain electronic medical records
Work as an integrated team of providers
What You Will Need
Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority and credentialed from the Texas Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Board Eligible/Certified in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
Open to new fellows or experienced physicians interested in developing a practice and building a world class center of excellence.
