Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to support our partner recruiting efforts. In this role you will create impactful campaigns and activities that deliver leads to our partner recruiting sales team resulting in incremental growth of new NetSuite partners.

  • Build quarterly marketing plans with the partner recruiting team.

  • Present to NetSuite sales and marketing management for approval.

  • Create integrated multi-touch campaigns that may include email, online programs, social media, events and/or webinars

  • Create a content plan to support your campaigns

  • Define & manage lead follow up strategy

  • Manage the recruiting budget

  • Conduct regular meetings with the recruiting team members to ensure adequate lead flow from your campaigns

  • Build partner prospect lists using online and 3rd party data sources

  • Work closely with marketing operations and marketing communications to develop & execute campaign components

  • Recommend and manage 3rd party vendors to support activities

  • Create scorecards and perform business reviews to report on campaign metrics including MQLs and new partner sign up influenced by your efforts

Required Skills

  • Experience planning and executing campaigns through internal resources and external vendors

  • Experience writing & editing email copy, datasheets, blogs, whitepapers, etc.

  • Experience with event planning and management including industry events, executive dinners, etc

  • Past experience managing marketing budgets

  • Successful track record recommending marketing initiatives and gaining agreement from key stakeholders such as sales and marketing management

  • Experience with partner recruiting in a sales, marketing or enablement role desired but not required.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.

Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by senior Marketing management. Assist subordinates to meet business targets and best practice solutions. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Working alongside more senior staff and management provide budget input for channel marketing projects and activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Use professional concepts, company policies/procedures and creativity on Oracle / Partner assigned initiatives. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how.

Colorado Pay Range: From $80,798 to $141,400 per annum
