Manpower Group Partner Program Manager in Austin, Texas

The Global Partner Program Manager manages the execution of the Mitel Global Partner Program to meet the strategic and business objectives of the Mitel channel. This individual contributes to the overall development, operation and maintenance of the Mitel Global Partner Program as well as associated programs and incentives relating to channel activities. This individual supports the achievement of regional and global program initiatives through development and implementation of new programs in line with market trends and business needs.


  • Develop and maintain Channel programs that consider and achieve field sales, business strategy and marketing, and product division objectives

  • Manage partner programs through all phases of the development cycle, from analysis and design through implementation and tracking

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, plan, implement and manage various channel programs

  • Liaise with corporate divisions such as Finance, Operations, Sales Operations, WW Marketing, Legal, Product Management to ensure channel programs comply to corporate standards and can be implemented and managed

  • Effectively influence and communicate with stakeholders to drive global alignment of programs and ensure regional satisfaction with programs

  • Provide ongoing partner program management by tracking partner productivity against program requirements, and identifying program modifications when necessary

  • Provide ongoing communication of Global Partner Program, process or policy changes to channel

  • Offer exemplary response to all forms of communication via phone, email or fax

  • Work with regional Channel Sales teams and Channel Operations to resolve Channel Partner related issues

  • Input and drive Global partner program compliance

  • Deliver CAM training and development programs with sales enablement group

  • Regular partner engagement to support alignment with partner program and overall corporate strategy

  • Experience in managing two-tier go-to-market strategies globally

  • Ability to work cross functionally across the business to drive channel initiatives and messaging

  • Develop new channels and/or channel capabilities to meet the needs of the evolving customer profile and expanding product portfolio

Job Requirements:

  • Equivalent workplace experience

  • 5 years and up relevant experience in channels with emphasis on partner program management

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel mandatory.

  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Travel Required

  • Proven experience of dealing with partners and distributors

  • Experience of working with cross-functional team

  • Strong people skills

  • Understands distributor-supplier business model

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable and willing to work in a diverse and fast paced environment

  • Proactive and results-orientated with a positive outlook and willingness to take initiative
