Idera, Inc. Marketing Manager in Austin, Texas

TestRail, a provider of best-in-class test case management software tools for QA and development teams, is looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our world-class team. The ideal candidate is a high performing up-and-comer looking to take on broad responsibility across digital marketing, social media, brand building/positioning, and content development initiatives for TestRail. This role reports directly to the TestRail Marketing Lead and will have exposure to TestRail senior management.

We are looking for a hands-on individual to drive marketing strategy, tactical execution and reporting with the help of the small team already in place. You will wear many hats, have to balance competing priorities, and drive progress on multiple projects in parallel. If you are used to delegating all of your responsibilities to others or slowly rolling out programs, this is not the role for you.

You must embrace and enjoy working in a start-up culture under the umbrella of a larger supporting corporate parent (Idera, Inc.). We value talent more than skill?we?ll teach you the rest!Some of the things you will be doing in this role are as follows:

? Content development: collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to keep the content flywheel turning out high-quality, meaningful, insightful material that our target audience actually finds valuable (including writing your own copy)? Anchor campaigns: manage timely, educational, cross-channel campaigns to drive top of funnel lead gen (white papers, webinars, guides, industry reports, etc.)? Database development: assist with the development of regular prospect emails ranging from soft top of funnel CTAs (education, thought leadership) to soft mid-bottom of funnel CTAs (trial, demo, contact us, etc.)? Trial activation: use a mix of quantitative and qualitative strategies to improve the onboarding experience and increase new trial activation? Always-on campaigns: deploy and constantly improve upon middle-of-funnel campaigns across paid and organic search, paid and organic social, 3rd party channels, display and email to assist solution-aware buyers through their evaluation and decision? Jill/Jack-of-all-trades: be willing to take on new tasks and switch directions when necessary to ensure key deadlines are met? A/B & Multivariate testing for increased conversion rates? Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting against KPIs: we use a loose adaptation of Sirius Decisions Methodology

About you:? You?ll most likely have a Bachelor?s degree+ in a related field? You?ll have 2-4 years in B2B and/or SaaS marketing role with proven track record of growth? You should have a bias for action, a learner?s mindset, and a strong work ethic? You enjoy B2B digital marketing

? You have an understanding of waterfall and funnel methodology tied back to business objectives? You prefer buyer-centric vs. seller-centric marketing funnels? You love working in tech and have a firm grasp of top products in the market, existing players and new startups, and where their communities congregate? You?re an excellent writer and communicator and have strong attention to detail? You are a CRM power user (SFDC)? You?ll have some expertise of marketing ops and automation (maybe you?ve managed an MA instance in the past - we use Pardot)? You?re highly analytical, emotionally intelligent, and data-driven (in both the quantitative and qualitative senses)? You have a track record of campaign conceptualization, construction and execution in the B2B/SaaS space
