Dell Intel Dell ESI Partnership Manager in Austin, Texas

This position will play a critical role supporting the Dell ESI / Intel Partnership by ensuring the administrative tasks and program metrics are regularly updated and communicated between firms.

  • Responsible for tracking and administrative activities related to Intel investment funding for ESI led initiatives.

  • Reporting and metrics related to Intel related business (across technologies) resulting from ESI enabled projects and activities.

  • Regular interfacing with ESI Sales Team to ensure customer insights are incorporated into ongoing analysis of areas in which the partnership can evolve and deliver value.

  • Interface with Intel and ESI Sales Leadership to ensure coordination on all partnership related efforts.

  • Development of presentation materials as needed to support communication between Dell ESI and Intel.

  • Intel Budget Management and Vendor Funding Process (with the Vendors + tools) - become the subject matter expert in all tools related to requesting and executing vendor budgets.

  • Track Spending vs. Targets - work across the organization to ensure accurate spend of vendor funding budgets.

  • Work with appropriate teams to meet targets or adjust budgets accordingly. This includes, requests into appropriate tools and owning the process of approvals. Both front end to secure budgets and backend to submit required Proof of Performance for reimbursements.

  • Own agenda for QBR's & Monthly KPI reviews - work with vendors to determine desired content, build agenda and work with subject matter experts to consolidate content.

  • Become subject matter expert on vendor funding rules both from Dell point of view and vendor. Ensure team stays within documented guidelines across MDF, Contest and other rules of engagement

  • Role may report to Finance but will take direction solely from ESI Sales Leadership and focus exclusively on Intel/ESI related activities.

  • Strong financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, presentation and communication skills are required.

  • Position will be 100% dedicated to the marketing & sale of Intel’s products in support of the agreement with the vendor and is not providing any support for non-Intel related Dell activities. This position is incremental, identifiable and 100% reimbursed by Intel.

  • NOTE: Position exists due to the funding received from Intel. Dell would not continue to have this position if the funding was discontinued.
