What you’ll achieve
As an Information Security Officer, you will own and drive security and resiliency strategy for Dell Financial Services and its entities for the protection of the enterprise information assets. You will be responsible for governance, technology, strategy, and vendor risk management; and drive security awareness to ensure security and resiliency is ingrained in all we do.
This will require an experienced security and risk practitioner with exceptional business acumen and technical knowledge and an ability to operate in a global fast-paced, dynamic environment acting as security risk subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
Own and drive the implementation of the security and resiliency plan and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the threat landscape and regulatory environment as it relates to Financial Services
Lead cross-functional governance forums and guide stakeholders in development and implementation of security controls ensuring that the business products are aligned with cybersecurity standards, policies and guidelines
Collaborate with Technology Leaders and drive technical security remediation plans to support large transformation programs
Orchestrate the provisioning of central global security and resiliency services to support business unit security objectives
Develop forward looking key risk indicators and metrics that drive business insights and decision making

Experience in Financial Services and Regulatory environments
Practical experience in implementing an ISMS (ISO27001, NIST CSF)
Experience in enterprise risk management
Ability to drive highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives through the influencing of and negotiation with stakeholders who at times may hold competing equities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently and effectively present complex technical topics to senior non-technical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Risk Management, Information Systems, or a related field with 10+ years relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
ISCACA CRISC, CISM, CISSP or ISSMP preferred
Travel, some international, expected to be <10%
