Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Quantum is an industry first initiative to build universal quantum computers for business, engineering and science. This effort includes advancing the entire quantum computing technology stack and exploring applications to make quantum broadly usable and accessible. With a worldwide network of Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, researchers, educators, and enthusiasts, we are committed to driving innovation for our clients in the IBM Quantum Network and the Qiskit Community.

Build out & scale the Qiskit Partner Program, a collection of quantum hardware and software partners that extend and compliment the Qiskit ecosystem.

Define program processes, metrics, requirements

Accountable for partner's Qiskit adoption, overall health, and satisfaction

Acts as the primary point of contact throughout the partner lifecycle.

Define and drive strategic success plans with clear deliverables.

Provide or enable technical support to Program members as needed

Be the voice of the Qiskit partner internally at IBM Quantum- Collect and share Partner feedback with Qiskit development team and IBM Quantum to ensure that the program remains helpful to Partners

Deliver on an exceptional Qiskit Partner experience by orchestrating the right internal resources

Preferred Work locations: Yorktown Heights, NY but open to remote location.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Masters in Physics, Math or Computer Science

  • 2+ years work experience, including both technical and client-facing roles

  • Familiarity with Cloud Native Architectures ( APIs, Auth, CI )

  • Significant experience with Qiskit, Proficient in python

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Multi-Cloud and Hybrid Cloud solutions

  • Understanding of containerized environments Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift

  • Familiar with Qiskit Provider interface, and how Qiskit exchanges data with Hardware and Simulator backends

  • 2+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
