Westerwood Global is currently recruiting experienced Field Service Engineers and Technicians.

Requirements

For all positions, the person should be able to work independently and as a lead troubleshoot

  • 2+ years of tool specific experience. Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance with the following toolsets:

  • Toolset:

  • Primary Tool owner / engineer for ASML PAS and Twinscan tools (ILINE, DUV and 193)

  • Troubleshoot, Repair and maintain ASML ILINE, DUV and 193mn Scanners and associated equipment. (including lasers, cooling systems, etc.)

  • Responsible for ensuring equipment is operating to specification. Monitors SPC/SPC tool performance and drives improvement.

  • Works with and directs technicians to determine the frequency and types of necessary preventative.

  • Monitors and drives improvement in scheduled PMs on Litho Cells and associated equipment. Maintains and improves detailed work instructions for PMs and trains other employees to perform PMs as necessary.

  • Maintain equipment logs. Document all repair work.

  • Drives work plans for tool troubleshooting and repair.

  • Coordinates the timing of PMs with production personnel.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience plus a 2 year degree in a technical discipline

  • Experience must be in maintaining ASML PAS and Twinscan tools.(Hands On)

  • Expertise in troubleshooting electrical and laser systems

  • Self-disciplined with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently. Strict adherence to written procedures.

  • The ideal individual must possess: logical, mechanical, technical, analytic, troubleshooting/problem solving skills
