To support our mission, we’re looking for an experienced and impact driven Diversity Recruiting Programs Manager for some of our Specialized Technology organizations and programs in North America.As a Diversity Recruiting PM, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including Global and regional Diversity PM’s, to ensure we have consistency and alignment on programs across the organization. You will also be involved with evaluating internal and external partnerships, establishing scalable best practices, analyzing diversity hiring performance, providing data driven insights and recommendations, etc. We are seeking someone for this role who has already established themselves as a team-oriented and collaborative partner in their work environment(s), with a project management mind-set and a passion for solving really hard problems. The key to this role is the ability to move fast, ruthlessly prioritize, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact. Diversity Recruiting Program Managers at Facebook need to be able to navigate deep partnerships as well as work autonomously on building programs that have impact and solve our deepest challenges as an organization.

Required Skills:

  1. Build trusting partnerships with Recruiting Leaders and other Diversity Program Managers to have consistent and united messaging for our businesses, teams and cross-functional partners

  2. Drive diversity efforts and strategies across Global Specialized Technical Recruiting

  3. Maintain close partnership with cross functional colleagues and stakeholders across broader recruiting programs and product

  4. Identify and build relationships with external partners, including thought leaders and peer organizations, that deliver impact and support our diversity and inclusion strategies for underrepresented groups

  5. Qualitative and Quantitative depth: Go deep in the internal and external tools, resources and diversity data and lead strategy with quantitative facts, while understanding the nuance and changes that effect the data, in order to give a full story

  6. Use your initiative to recommend direction for diversity programs based on insights from analytical review and investigation

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years work experience in related field: focused on building and executing processes and programs within Recruitment, HR, Talent Management or D&I

  2. Demonstrated project management experience with multiple stakeholders, prioritizing and delegating projects/tasks

  3. Experience engaging directly with executive-level clients and stakeholders

  4. Experience communicating with and building relationships with cross-functional partners

  5. Experience training/mentoring/coaching team members

  6. 1+ years experience in focused diversity programming related to recruitment/talent acquisition

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience building out programming in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature

  2. Experience driving a program with Global Impact

  3. Experience working with technical recruiting and technical business leaders

  4. Experience with Asana or similar

  5. Background in analysis or as an Analyst
