Austin Capital Bank is seeking an exemplary individual to join the bank?s call center team as a Customer Service Representative.
The Contact Center Representative (CSR) provides superior customer service through the phone and as reps grow with us, we will introduce them into new channels of communication.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide excellent customer service for inbound customer service
Helping our customers with their needs and assisting them with features and benefits of our products and services.
Utilize current systems to assist customers to achieve their credit goals
Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience in a call center or financial services related industry
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player attitude

Preferred Knowledge and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of financial products and services
Good organizational skills
Above average skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Outlook
Ability to work flexible hours
