Our Compensation Services team is looking for an experienced professional to facilitate the compliance activities for business travelers. Duties include the review and analysis of data, coordination of compliance activities with an assortment of vendors for all business travelers.
This position is based onsite in Austin, Texas.
3+ years of experience in global immigration
Demonstrated basic understanding of global mobility, payroll and income and social tax issues for business travelers (domestic and international)
Ability to collaborate with third party providers
Extraordinary Excel skills
Demonstrated analytical skills by utilizing data/analytics
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Highly collaborative style and strong team orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level integrity and ethics in handling confidential information

Knowledge of relevant global regulatory issues
Experience with Mac OS is advantageous
In this role you will analyze the compliance requirements and coordinate compliance activities including immigration, payroll, and income tax returns, etc for travelers. Duties include travel data analytics, tracking and managing the business travelers’ immigration, payroll, and global tax filing requirements, and coordination with internal and external vendors. You will be responsible for tracking trip related matters, ensure all compliance activities from start to end and all documents are complete and gathered. You will interact with employees at various levels including VIP's, respective HR partners, business unit leaders and talent mobility specialists in addition to 3rd party providers. This Specialist will work directly with our Business Traveler Compliance SME, they will be consulted to make individual case recommendations and risk analysis.
Minimum of BA/BS or equivalent is required.
