Job Description:

This position leads design and deployment efforts for large strategic initiatives within THR. This includes coordinating efforts across all system and entity departments and leading large teams (up to 50 individuals) in order to evaluate, maintain and improve efficiency of the organization. Key deliverables for this position include the design, development and implementation of new/revised processes, policies and technology to integrate, simplify, and improve operations across the enterprise in order to reach strategic goals.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of design and deployment plans for large-scale strategic initiatives Recruitment of key leader team members Design approach and planning Identifying and sequencing resources, training education and consistent communications throughout the organization.

  • Oversees overall project management of strategic initiatives Executes deployment strategies to obtain identified value realization.

  • Works with project team to determine measures of success. Identifies/develops tools and analytics for ongoing measurement and rapid cycle change. Works with team to develop a sustainability plan including the determination of an ongoing project owner.


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field required

  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or in a related area with demonstrated project management leadership experience


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization, both in written format and verbally

  • Excellent use of Powerpoint and Excel
