The Regulatory Affairs Associate Seniorresearches and documents consumer issues that have resulted in regulatory agency intervention, executive escalations, representation by attorneys within the Experian Consumer Affairs (ECA) department. This position will be in Allen, Texas.

* Respond to consumer requests for credit reports via a variety of media.
* The Regulatory Associate Senior also responds to consumer complaints regarding credit problems, researches issues, and provides written responses.
* Assist consumers with retrieval, product questions, and billing disputes and researches product delivery problems ensuring a timely resolution.
* The Regulatory Associate Senior assists consumers with the maintenance of their accounts through coordination with other internal departments and personnel and maintains confidential consumer and company files. * The associate tracks and documents the resolutions of the consumer complaint. * The Regulatory Associate Senior interacts with Congressional Constituents and processes subpoenas.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education: * Excellent attendance and punctuality * High School diploma or equivalent * College Preferred * Requires 4 -6 years of customer service or related experience * Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills. Effectively use systems to capture consumer data and actions; high attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance is an absolute must * Possess excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong research and analytical skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to work with little or no supervision
