NOW HIRING | DATA ENTRY CLERK

Growing law firm in the Addison area is currently seeking a data entry clerk to assist them on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to gain exposure in the legal industry! This data entry clerk must have experience working in an office environment and understand how to use office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copy machines. In addition, this data entry clerk must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a legal environment

• Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks

• Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

• Microsoft Word experience preferred

• Adeptness in Scanning Documents

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
