Answer phone calls, record, resolve, and track all incidents. Gather correct information from a client and determine issue resolution and resolve. Work assigned tickets in an appropriate time frame. Appropriately understand the time and effort to resolve an issue. Provide Tier 1 level support for clients, ranging from basic to mid-level complexity. Provide support for laptops, desktops, phones, cell phones, iPads, operating systems, software deployment/patching, end user follow up. Support desktop solutions as needed. Determine when to involve more senior technical staff in issue resolution. Perform routine maintenance updates. Box up and ship hardware to clients as requested. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: 1+ year of IT Help Desk experience. Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, 7, 8, 10. Experience with monitoring of backup data and tracking daily client backups for success or failure. Experience with Firewalls. Experience with Active Directory. Experience building laptops and desktops to prepare for deployment. Great customer service skills and great problem solving skills. Must have a desire to learn. Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors. Willingness to work as part of a team to deliver quality service to our clients. Strong work ethic. Time management and task prioritization skills.
