Baylor Scott & White Health HR Data Operations Analyst in Temple, Texas

The HR Shared Service Data Operations Analyst provides research, analysis support and recommendations to the HR Shared Service Center, Payroll Center of Expertise (COE) and HR COEs. The HR Shared Service Data Operations Analyst acts as a liaison between the external customer, COE and HR Technology teams to ensure data integrity within the HRIS Platform. The HR Shared Service Data Operations Analyst operates as subject matter expert during decision making processes to identify upcoming changes that impact Payroll. The HR Shared Service Data Operations Analyst test HRIS Platform in multiple environments to ensure process integrity with regards to downstream impact; develop and maintain queries in the HRIS Platform, as needed, to facilitate audits with respect to HR Operations and COEs; analyze and research pay data to mitigate negative, long-term, downstream system and employee impact and interprets and applies Baylor Scott & White (BSWH) policies that relate to payroll production. The HR Shared Service Data Operations Analyst review and research pay inquiries with a whole customer approach; escalate as needed, follow-up with customer(s) and coordinate with respective COE to develop solution(s).

The ideal candidate has strong verbal and written communications skills, is comfortable presenting formal information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and employees and pay attention to detail and has a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience

  • 2+years experience in a relevant position

  • Must possess experience with Oracle's PeopleSoft HRMS
