ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Under direct supervision of the CACFP Manager, ensure that all CCFP reports are maintained and submitted in a timely manner; monitor and evaluate compliance with the CACFP regulations; maintain accurate meal count and attendance data. SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES: 1. Processes monthly meal counts 2. Manages a caseload of centers and ensures counting and claiming are properly performed and reported to Claims Specialist 3. Performs random monthly edit checks for all sites during claiming month 4. Conducts CACFP monitors 5. Assists with Administrative reviews 6. Assists the CACFP Manager in training field staff per contract requirements 7. Opens, sorts, and distributes all Child Care Food Program (CCFP) documentation from regions 8. Prepares ADA and meal count data reports for each MSHS center 9. Monitors assigned centers for compliance with CCFP regulations 10. Ensures public release records and/or civil right trainings are current for all regions 11. Files and maintains all CCFP documentation and ensures that CACFP eligibility documentation is accurate JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Assists in monitoring PROMISE meal attendance data 2. Ensures free, reduced, and paid categories are calculated correctly 3. Assists in preparing CCFP training materials and trainings 4. Ensures that inventories are submitted and audited periodically 5. Ensures accuracy of all CCFP records reviewed MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: 1. High School Diploma or GED 2. One (1) year experience as an administrative clerk 3. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: 1. Associate s degree in Accounting, or related fields 2. Bilingual in Spanish/English ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS 1.
