This role is primarily responsible for the resolution of certain issues for owned and leased real estate, facilitate processing of contracts and other documents, and an internal resource for property information.

Primary Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

-- Receiving, opening, logging, and distributing incoming mail

-- Receiving phone calls for the real estate department

-- Onboarding of any and all external partners that need access to the property management systems

-- Maintain databases in support of Asset Optimization specific to real estate and real estate related information

-- Support Property Specialists in follow through and process of property management issues including but not limited to legal notices, outgoing letters and correspondence, incoming mail, minor issue assignment, response, and resolution

Working hours: M-F 8am - 5pm


Position Requirements:

--High School/GED

--3 - 5 years' experience in a receptionist/office assistant/clerical role

--Experience in development/property management preferred

--Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of complexity

--Demonstrated ability to provide high level of customer service

--Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
