SEAFOOD WHOLESALERS, LTD. Warehouse and Operations Managers in HOUSTON, Texas

It is helpful to have experience either as a Kitchen manager, background working in a perishable ware house or running a kitchen, commissary, meat or seafood processing facility. Experience is not required, we will train a right individual with a right attitude. HAACP, inventory control, human resources, and save serve back, certification in HAACP helpful but not needed. OSHA and other warehouse safety related courses helpful. Job requires running a busy seafood facility with multiple shifts, and will need to supervise a crew of 10 people alongside with ensuring HACCP guide lines are met, and maintaining standards of sanitation, and product handling. Also to maintain accurate production record, including weights tracing information. bilingual helpful, computer and communication skills are required.
