Provides technical QHSSE support to the Region QHSSE department and support Area QHSSE needs. Support functions include tracking and maintaining all QHSSE statistics, higher level data analysis of accidents and incidents, formulation of statistical trends to drive focused corrective actions, providing statistical information to our external customers and to the industry as necessary, and providing monthly reports depicting internal QHSSE performance.


Collect, organize and develop weekly and or monthly reports/presentations for all regional QHSSE KPI statistics

Collect, organize and develop reports to provide statistical analysis of QHSSE data captured, to recognize and report significant incident

Collect, organize and provide region and area specific Incident Management reporting for open and closed CPARs, corrective action closure rates and associated KPI status and trends

Provide data presentations in support of customer requirements

Provide data to support internal facility audits with QHSSE regional and product line personnel

Provide support to corporate sales staff and US region management team, by providing QHSSE statistics as needed

Provide area specific Monthly Leading Indicators Report

Provide area specific Headcount and Support Ratio Tracking

Provide area specific Monthly Leadership presentation preparation assistance

Provide area specific Monthly Leadership Attendance tracking

Provide area specific Hazard Hunt Tracking

Provide area specific Monthly Safety Meeting Presentation (preparation assistance)

KPI reporting by area specific Managers

Administrative duties include processing region and area specific QHSSE related accounts payable Invoices (minimal), ELM entries, Issuance of RigPass Cards, presentation preparation, man hour reporting, meeting room bookings, DL creation and other administrative duties


Strong computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

Strong Weatherford Performance Tracking System (WPTS) skills

Good communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

4+ years of practical QHSSE, or Data Analysis, or Instructional Design experience.

Ability to make decisions without constant supervision

The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
