The Program & Project Mgmt Senior Analyst improves organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.

Job Description

The Reporting Senior Analyst focuses on reporting and quality assurance activities for the PMO Reporting team. The Lead also collaborates across functions and team sites to harmonize reporting requirements and solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

Handles weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports and ad hoc reporting efforts. Performs data analysis to ensure processes and programs meet department company goals, and objectives. Communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders through transparency and partnership. Drives stakeholder engagement and organizational change management with impacted business areas. Coordinates and supports special projects as needed, communicates the status of projects and initiatives. Works closely with the PMO Reporting Lead and team managers on all matters pertaining to reporting. Assists on developing and implementing changes where necessary as well as helps drive projects and implements change across reporting tools. Coordinates and tracks meeting agendas, minutes and dissemination of all necessary reports action plans in a time manner to leads prior to after the meeting. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of work for Reporting Analyst.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Minimum of 3 years reporting experience in a professional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to large data including a background in data analysis, reporting and workflow optimization

Professional Skill Requirement:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft office suite including PowerPoint and Excel. Multi tasker with eye for detail. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Resourceful with ability to think creatively. Proactive with a strong work ethic and eagerness to go the extra mile Strong leadership, communication written and oral and interpersonal skills.
