Private School in the Houston-Galleria area is seeking a Temporary Experienced Office Administrator that has specifically worked in a school office. Candidate must be very dependable, punctual, detail oriented and energetic. We offer a professional environment with paid holidays and vacation for full time employees. Requirements: Must be available to start immediately Associates Degree in Business Administration or a minimum of four years experience Answer phones and schedule tours of the school Experience in record management and retention Proven excellent internal and external Customer Service skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Advanced Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Ensure the quarterly registration process for all new and continuing students is accurate and timely Oversee graduation activities including, diploma and certificate printing and distribution Have a professional demeanor and appearance Regular and punctual attendance required Disciplined and able to function in a busy, fast paced environment Must maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information Must type 50 words per minute Must be proficiency in computer software and hardware Must be able to multi task in fast paced environment Must have good time management skills Must be detail oriented Attend monthly staff meetings Excellent organizational skills, with great work ethics Proven track record of responsibility/accountability Perform other duties as assigned by the Director Must pass state background and finger print check Must pass drug screening test Must provide verifiable references Open work space team environment Speak English fluently Spanish a plus but not required Candidates must pass background check.
