Lockheed Martin Director, Cyber Security in Fort Worth, Texas

Provide a common interface point between cyber security engineering and the Lines of Businesses/Programs, ensuring LOB(s) requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Communication of information assurance, risk management and cyber security status. Staffing and resource definition, and forecasting and assisting in intra-program coordination/collaboration of engineering resources. Responsible for cyber security of all Aeronautics platforms to ensure compliance. This position is the ATO authority to operate all classified programs, whether collateral special access or Top Security Special Compartment Information. Tasking for ATO's includes coordination and collaboration with DOD and various external customers. Responsible for leadership and strategic direction, technical oversight and execution, and performance of the cyber security technical operations. This position will have a direct impact on business area and LOB financial performance, customer satisfaction, and protection of classified data. Responsibilities include positive customer relations, budget management, schedule, and quality of work. Identifies and addresses gaps, and investments needed while maintaining affordability through innovation and other lean business measures. Works closely with peers, LOB leaders, and key organizations to ensure engineering support is provided at the right time with the right personnel. Maintains close communications with LM CIO. Builds effective relations with other Business Area Leads.

Leads a large diverse team and manages competency areas of Information Assurance, Risk Management and Cyber Security.

This position reports directly to the VP Engineering & Technology for the Aeronautics business area.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years relevant experience. - Demonstrated leadership experience with extensive experience leading diverse, cross functional teams. - Demonstrated Project Management experience.

Desired skills - Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. - Cyber security test planning and execution. - Program/Project Management practices to include Earned Value Management. - Possess a CISSP or CSSLP certification. - Embedded secure systems - Cyber certifications, tools and procedures. - Vulnerability analysis assessments. - Cyber tool mapping and contribute to cyber tool planning and ability to develop and execute training plans across a number of organizations. - Risk Management Framework tools and procedures. - Prior executive leader experience in systems engineering, program/project management, system security design, integration, test or requirements analysis. - Experience leading teams responsible for developing and interpreting design requirements and implementation roadmaps, metrics and other controls to monitor and report on program progress and health.
