Raytheon Sr Financial Analyst in Dallas, Texas
The EWS Airborne Processors Business in need of a Sr. program financial analyst to support and influence financial aspects of the F-16 programs based in Dallas, TX. This position requires an individual who possesses overall business knowledge and is able to support frequent financial reviews with management. Primary responsibilities include cost and schedule control, EVMS compliance, EAC compliance, cash management, and quarterly Business forecasting. Individual must be comfortable working closely with Program Management and functional organizations. Required Skills: 4 Years of Finance Program Controls experience Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of new business/financial systems Good understanding of Earned value management systems (EVMS), EAC policy and other finance related policies Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop applied solutions and process improvements Creative problem solving skills, individual will need to be comfortable working through complex process and systems changes Possess good communication skills, ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial managers Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint SAP R3 Business Warehouse and Raytheon Business Planning Simulation (BPS) experience is a plus Desired Skills: Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with management and Program Leadership Team Works independently under limited supervision. Ability to contribute to the successful completion of major projects or processes Good mathematical and analytical skills Experience with change management Required Education (including Major): Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
