Job Description:

The Global Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant is a dynamic assistant which provides support to the Corporate Director, Global Sales and team. This role aids in assisting sales activities in addition to office administration task on behalf of the Corporate Director, Global Sales.

This position will report to the Executive Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists other associates and/or customers as much as possible in the absence of the Corporate Director, Global Sales.

  • Daily/weekly client engagement, assisting Directors with client follow up on outstanding items

  • Assess immediate situations and the priority of each; delegate when appropriate and provide independent follow through as required.

  • Collaborate with training and events department on Global Sales initiatives

  • Coordinate travel/hotel arrangements when needed

  • Run Pipeline report and distribute

  • Maintain all definite partnership contracts for each Global Sales Office / OH&R

  • Review expense reports for accuracy and ensure timely submittal

  • Keep minutes for weekly sales meetings and other important meetings

  • Prepare the End of Month Report that tracks office production for Directors

Qualifications:

  • Equivalent education and experience preferred

  • 1-3 years administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with Delphi and Salesforce is a plus.
